Voice Updates: SPECTRA Warm & Others

The following changes have been made to several VOISTAR Voice Libraries:
SPECTRA WARM
Key configuration and mono/stereo issues in SPECTRA Warm - C4 have been addressed and fixed. Users are encouraged to download the newest version of SPECTRA Warm and SPECTRA Full Spectrum from her Character Page.
SONJA Natural, MIKA Deimos, & MIKA Phobos
Character Portrait and Character Icon art has been updated with a gradient background. Additionally, the character design has been reverted to their original DeepVocal color palettes. Users wishing to continue using the OpenUTAU Pink Palette can download those assets from their Character Pages.
A new GROWL [GWL] Voice Color has been added to all libraries.
All resampler files are now included in these libraries, increasing the total size by several megabytes.
All VOISTAR Voice Libraries are now grouped under "VOISTAR" when selecting a singer in OpenUTAU.
