SPECTRA is the Keeper of the Rainbow, and is a new Earthly Wonder that formed when AURORA split into two divine aspects.

Despite her strange birth, SPECTRA is bubbly, happy, and very eager to paint the sky with as many colors as possible. She is able to control electromagnetic radiation in all its forms, and frequently uses this ability to create rainbows and lightshows for her new adoring fans.

However, there is a strange energy signature just beneath SPECTRA's many creations; it appears that there may be yet another entity waiting to form, just as SPECTRA split from AURORA.
